3. Purchasing & Prescription Policy

3.1 Prescription Validity: To improve your eyesight and ensure eye health, you must be aware of your eye prescriptions before ordering. We require a valid, current prescription for every order.

3.2 Order Quantity Limits: As contact lens prescriptions are typically valid for 1–2 years, Opticalens reserves the right to limit order quantities to a standard 2-year supply based on typical wear patterns. Orders exceeding this limit or duration may be flagged, restricted, or cancelled at our discretion to ensure compliance with personal importation laws and clinical safety.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We partner with FedEx Express for international delivery. Free shipping is available for all orders over A$100. For orders under this threshold, a standard shipping fee applies. Most orders are processed within 48 hours and typically arrive within 4–5 business days.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 21-day return window for unopened, unused products in original packaging. Due to health and safety regulations, opened or tampered-with contact lens boxes cannot be returned or refunded. Please see our full Refund and Returns Policy for complete details.

6. Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to local customs duties or taxes. For Australian customers, orders under A$1,000 are typically exempt under low-value import rules, but customers remain responsible for any regional fees or compliance requirements.
