Moreover, to keep things easy, OPTICALENS shall use the pronouns “OPTICAL LENS,” “OPTICALENS,” “we,” or “us.” The pronouns refer to ourselves, the website, and the services made available via it as our “Services.”
Together, these materials include conditions, guidelines, and other instructions about your use of our services. Please refrain from using the Services if you disagree with any of these Terms since doing so will require you to accept them to access or use our services. You and Opticalens have agreed that all of the conditions, rules, and norms outlined in these Terms will apply to your use of the Services and how we provide products and services. Periodically updating these terms and conditions is necessary to ensure they appropriately reflect current business practices and legal requirements. We reserve the right to revise these Terms without prior notice. Please review these Terms often to ensure that your continued use of our Services reflects your acceptance of the most recent updates.

2. Qualifications

It would be best if you were above 18 and could form legally binding contracts to use our Services. If you are under 18, you must be supervised by a parent or adult who is at least 18 years old to use our Services. The adult is always the client and is entirely responsible for all activities. You cannot use our services if you are under thirteen years old.

By using our Services, you recognize these conditions and represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in these terms. But we retain the right to change what counts as qualifying.

We only offer our services to individuals for personal, noncommercial use. We do not supply them to third parties for their benefit or usage (unless you are a parent or legal guardian of an underage kid accessing the Services).

3. Purchasing contact lenses

3.1 Choosing your contact lenses

There are many different contact lenses available at Opticalens.

You must place separate orders if you wish to purchase numerous boxes of different prescriptions. To make a purchase, pick the item you want, add the prescriptions you need, and click “Add to Cart.” Repeat the process if you need eye prescriptions for several medications. When you check out, you will have the option to select your payment method.

3.2 Your prescription for eyes

You must be aware of your eye prescriptions before ordering contact lenses to improve your eyesight. For confirmation, check your current package of contact lenses or schedule an appointment with an optometrist.

We keep your prescription on file after you order your contact lenses for a time and make it available to you upon request. Please be aware that while we will respond to your request as quickly as possible, getting older prescriptions may take a day or two. Please keep this in mind if you need information by a particular day or time.

A. Delivery-Related Information

We require information about you to supply the lenses so that Opticalens may provide better service. These specifics include the client’s name, contact information (phone, email, shipping address, and postal code), and prescriptions.

B. Paying Information

Once you’ve selected your eyewear, provided your prescription information, and entered your shipping information, you’ll receive a prompt for your payment options. It includes credit card payment, Paypal payment, and any promo codes you may have. By giving your payment information and submitting your order, you authorize us and the third-party payment providers to charge the cost of your goods to your preferred payment method.

Since our bank account is not in the USA, there may be an international transaction fee of around 1%.

Opticalens shall NOT be liable for any damages caused due to the causes as mentioned earlier.

C. Order Status.

We’ll email you to confirm when your contact lenses are on their way because we know how exciting it is to get a delivery. You may reach us via our Facebook page, WhatsApp, or email to check your order’s status. We’ll respond and give you the tracking information you need.

D. Shipping Guidelines

Most of the time, we have stock and can ship within 48 hours. Nevertheless, there’s a chance that certain products won’t be available; ordering from the supplier will require an additional two to three working days. Additionally, some products, notably toric lenses, could not be in stock at suppliers and needed to be ordered for an extra 4-6 weeks.

Please get in touch with our customer support staff if the client needs something right away.

Our shipment date, shown after checkout, indicates how long it will take for your product to arrive once it has been dispatched.

Your orders should arrive between 3 to 10 days. Our chosen courier will deliver your orders as soon as our staff has processed them. Couriers will deliver the packages in a variety of methods.

Please bear the following in mind if your order is delayed:

  • The stock of the suppliers is low.
  • Unexpected changes or limitations while exporting with COVID-19

Contact us if the client has yet to get the merchandise after ten days.

E. Order modifications or cancellations

Our team works hard to handle orders as quickly as possible for your benefit. In other words, while we will try to help with order modifications, we cannot confirm that we will be able to. The processing of canceled orders might take one to two business days.

F. Loss Risk

The risk of loss and the title to any things you order pass to you upon delivery by our courier.

G. Returns

The customer may return the orders if:

  • They did not use or open the wrong package they got;
  • It must be 30 days from the date of dispatch;
  • The box is in decent shape (not damaged or unclean)
