How do I place an order?

  1. Prescription Check: Grab your contact lens box or your latest prescription from your optician.
  2. Shop: Pick your brand and the number of boxes you need.
  3. Checkout: Enter your details and pay securely via credit card, PayPal, or Apple/Google Pay.

Do I need to provide a prescription? πŸ“‹

Yes. To keep your eyes safe and healthy, we require a valid prescription for every order. You can snap a photo of your prescription or even just your current lens box and send it to us at sales@opticalens.com or via WhatsApp.

What are your shipping rates? 🚚

  • Free Shipping: All orders over A$100 qualify for free FedEx Express shipping!
  • Standard Rate: A flat US$10 fee applies to orders under the free shipping threshold.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to process and dispatch most orders within 48 hours. Once shipped via FedEx Express, you can expect your lenses in about 4–5 business days. International shipping can sometimes be tricky with customs, but we do our best to keep things moving fast.

We offer a 21-day return window for unused and unopened boxes in their original condition. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products. Check out our full Refund and Returns Policy for all the details.

Are there any order limits?

Yes. Because prescriptions typically expire within 1–2 years, we generally limit orders to a 2-year supply to ensure you’re using the right lenses for your current eye health.
