2. Choose your contact lenses from the product page at opticalens.com.

Please look around our site and choose the necessary number of contact lenses. Don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team if you have any issues; we will assist you.

3. Please enter your shipping details and pay.

Your contact lenses will be swiftly shipped both inside the USA and to many other foreign places. Your order will typically be shipped out in less than 48 hours. Restocking of contact lenses will take between 3 to 5 working days if there is a shortage. If you want to know the availability of the exact model and prescriptions of your lenses, send a message. Then, you can use any popular credit card or your PayPal account to pay for your order.

I placed an order; do I need to provide my prescription?

Yes. You must provide a valid prescription for each order. With the title “Prescription for Order ID# (Order Number),” send it to us over WhatsApp or email at sales@opticalens.com.

Even without a copy of your prescription, you can still get contact lenses from our company. You can base it on the box of contact lenses you now have and send us the image.

Where can I find my prescription?

You may find the appropriate information for your purchase by looking at one of your contact lens boxes. The contact lens container will have a brand name and information about your prescription. Please be aware that there are varying prescriptions for various lens types; thus, you must be familiar with yours.

How can I stay updated on the status of my order?

We will provide the tracking number to your email address when we send your product. If you’re a member, go into “My Account” to see how your orders are shipped there. If you used guest checkout, please check your email or WhatsApp message for tracking details and delivery status.

We’ll use Hong Kong Post or Continental to deliver your shipments. Enter tracking information online to see the status of your shipment.

What is the shipping time for my order?

Both partial and whole orders are eligible for returns. Items returned to us unused, unopened, and in their original packaging are promptly refunded or exchanged.

You are eligible for a return after receiving your purchase for up to 21 days. We advise you to always ask for a Proof of Postage Certificate at the Post Office since we are not liable for any returned items lost in transit.

How long will the refund processing take?

The product I got was incorrect. What should I do?
