Overview

Our refund and returns policy is up to last for 21 days. If 21 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot give you a full refund or exchange.

The lenses must be unused and in the same packaging and appearance you received them to be eligible for a return. It must also be in the original containers or packaging.

Non-Refundable

  • Any item not in its original packaging and state is broken or has missing parts for reasons, not due to our fault.
  • Any item that is returned after more than 21 days after delivery

Refunds
Once your returned product is received and checked, we will email you to inform you that we have received your returned products. We will also email you if your refund is approved or rejected.

If we approve your refund request, it will be filed and processed. Then, the bank will automatically apply your funds to your card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

It may take time for your bank to officially reflect the refund in your account.

However, if you do not receive a refund after several days, please get in touch with your credit card company.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items are subject to refund. Sale items are not covered.


Exchange
We only replace lenses that are defective or damaged. If you received a defective product, please email us at sales@opticalens.com and send your products to 215 Lobdell Hwy, Port Allen, LA 70767, United States.

Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should send your product to 215 Lobdell Hwy, Port Allen, LA 70767, United States.

You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

The time your replaced item arrives will depend on where you reside.

If you are returning expensive items, please use a trackable shipping courier or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot assure you that we will receive your returned products.
