Refund and Returns Policy

At Opticalens, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help you through the return process.

1. Return Window

Our return policy lasts for 21 days from the date of purchase. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your contact lenses must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them. The original manufacturer packaging must be intact and free from any markings or damage.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened Boxes: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any contact lens boxes that have been opened, tampered with, or where the seal is broken.
  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items or products purchased during specific clearance promotions are non-refundable.
  • Custom Lenses: Special order or custom-made lenses (including certain high-parameter toric or multifocal lenses) may not be eligible for return unless defective.

4. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at sales@opticalens.com or via WhatsApp with your Order ID and the reason for the return.
  2. Wait for a Return Authorization from our team.
  3. Once approved, pack your items securely and ship them to our fulfillment center.

5. Shipping Your Return

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

*We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service (like FedEx or UPS) or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.

7. Exchanges (Defective Products)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by the manufacturer. If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us immediately at sales@opticalens.com with photos of the product and the batch/lot numbers found on the box.
